Turmeric has powerful medicinal properties, paired with ginger & chia seeds, this is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory superfood smoothie rich in Vitamin C!

Cooking Methods

  • Blending


    1 banana, frozen
    2cm fresh ginger (peeled)
    2 oranges
    ½ pineapple
    500ml (2 cups) unsweetened almond milk
    10ml (2 tsp) honey (*Substitute with Maple Syrup/Coconut Sugar for Vegans)
    5ml (1 tsp) cinnamon
    10ml (2 tsp) turmeric or 2cm fresh turmeric root (peeled)
    15ml (1 Tbsp) raw almonds
    5ml (1 tsp) chia seeds


    Blend all ingredients together and serve chilled
