Summer Coconut Smoothie Bowl
A Smoothie Bowl with your favourite Summer fruits on special this week! Take your pick, and get your go-to fruit combination!
Half a coconut
125g Lancewood double cream yoghurt
125g Fresh Mixed Summer Fruit
2tbsp Food Lover's Cashew nuts, chopped
Place the yoghurt and 100g of strawberries into a blender and blittz for one minute. Pour this into the halved coconut.
Mix the fresh fruit mix and chopped cashews together, then spoon this onto the yoghurt in the halved coconut.
Garnish with 50g strawberry halves and it is ready to serve!
