Panettone with Chocolate Ganache & Fresh Berries

    1 Balocco Classico Panettone
    1 1/3 cup dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
    1 cup cream
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup raspberries
    1/2 cup cherries
    8 strawberries, halved


    Heat the cream on the stove over a low heat.
    As the cream starts to heat, add the chocolate a little at a time, stirring continuously.
    It is important to stir until the chocolate has completely melted and taken on a velvety appearance.
    Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool down completely.
    Place your panettone on a platter.
    Drizzle the chocolate ganache carefully over the top.
    Decorate the top with the blueberries, raspberries, cherries and strawberries.
    Dust with a little icing sugar and serve.
