Honey Grilled Dessert Peaches with Whipped Cream and Almonds

- 4 dessert peaches, halved and pips removed
- 30ml (2 Tbsp) honey
- 60ml (1/4 cup) cream
- 45ml (3 Tbsp) raw almonds, chopped and toasted
- Heat a griddle pan on a medium heat, brush the peach halves with honey and grill for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Whip the cream to stiff peaks and top the peaches with the cream and almonds. Drizzle with remaining honey and serve.
