Honey-and-Soy Marinated Kob (Kabeljou)

    1 large kob fish, filleted


    3/4 cup Food Lover's honey
    1/2 cup Soy Sauce
    1/2 cup Food Lover's Market Signature Apple Cider vinegar
    1/2 cup Sesame Seed oil
    1 1/2 tsp 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
    1/2 cup Food Lover's smoked chilli flakes
    1 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped


    Stir all the ingredients for the marinade together in a bowl.
    Place the fish on a baking tray and cover it with the marinade.
    Cover with some clingfilm, place it in the fridge and allow to marinate over night, or for at least 6 hours.
    Turn the fish over halfway through the marinading time.
    When you are ready to cook the fish, place it onto a greased oven tray and bake it in a preheated 220 °C oven for approximately 10 mins. The kob should be ready when it flakes apart easily.
