Biltong, Danish Feta and Rocket Pizza

A South African take on an Italian favourite! Creamy melt-in-your-mouth feta paired with delicious Biltong and fresh peppery rocket

    2x Pizza Bases (*Banting Bases, Guten-Free Bases etc)
    Tomato Sauce for the Base (Try a tomato pasta sauce, or tinned tomatoes)
    150g Biltong, sliced
    2 cups Mozzarella, grated
    1 bloc or 1/2 Cup Danish feta
    Handful of Rocket
    Sriracha (*Optional)



    Preheat the oven to 200°c.
    Spread tomato paste over the pizza bases.
    Top with grated mozzarella, Biltong and Feta
    Place in the oven and bake for ten minutes (or as per pizza base instructions)
    Remove from the oven, top with fresh rocket and serve.
