- Gnocchi with Smokey 3-cheese Sauce – lovely with a crisp white wine such as a Sauvignon Blanc
- Chicken with Chorizo & Olives, accompanied by a smooth red such as a Cabernet Franc or Merlot
- Lamb Knuckle & Butternut Curry pairs with a fruity lightly wooded wine to offset the curry, such as a Shiraz
