Arbour Crossing Covid-19 News
14th Dec 2020
A team member, who works as the Grocery Manager at Food Lover’s Market Arbour Crossing, has tested positive for Covid-19. Her last day at work was on Friday, 11 December 2020 – three days ago. This team member had herself tested on Saturday, 12 December 2020 as she was a close contact of a colleague who has tested positive for Covid-19. We were formally advised today of the positive test result.
The team member that was a close contact of this colleague has been identified and instructed to self-quarantine for the remaining period of the 10-days since last contact with her. This team member is being monitored for symptoms of COVID-19 and will only return to the store once we are satisfied that our colleague has not contracted the virus.
A professional cleaning company conducted a deep clean and sanitisation of the store on Friday, 11 December 2020 – when our colleague was last at work.
We wish our affected colleague well and look forward to welcoming her, and the rest of the team, back to the store.
We will screen our team members on arrival at work daily and during the day, as well as following all hygiene protocols – including sanitising hands and surfaces, practicing social distancing and wearing masks.
As we have followed all required hygiene protocols – our own, as well as the regulations as set out by government, Food Lover’s Market Arbour Crossing is open and we look forward to welcoming you back to store.
